What is the manufacturing process of our commonly used HDMI hd cables?

Kangerda is a professional maunufacturer and exporter from China. We have rich experience on producing HDMI cables. Making a product is not as simple as it seems, first of all, after drawing the wire, after the wire is formed:

1. Peel off the outer quilt of the wire, treat the ground wire, and then peel off the aluminum foil mylar layer to expose the core wire

2. According to the PIN position of the HDMI high-definition line standard, use the cable clip to line the core wire

3. After the wire is arranged, the insulated outer quilt of the core wire is peeled off to expose the copper core

4. Weld the copper core with the connector, which is divided into manual welding and machine welding

5. Check the soldering tin spot with an optical magnifying glass to confirm that there is no leakage of welding and empty welding

6. Use the testing instrument for electrical measurement to see if both ends of the HDMI high-definition line can work normally

7, press the inner film, in order to better effect, we also have to use copper foil wrapped in the inner film to do the fourth layer of shielding

8, with customer-customized mold press molding outer mold, so that it can be regarded as a line that can be used, but the quality is not guaranteed

9. Check the external mold and check whether there are any problem points listed on the bad appearance table

10, with high-definition TV, test whether it can be used normally, and eliminate defective products

11. Cite the image analyzer to test whether the performance indicators are within the normal value

12, the last is cleaning, packaged and sent to the customer’s hand

A conventional HDMI high-definition line has probably gone through the above steps from scratch, the most important of which is multiple detections, which is also a step that is easy to be ignored and omitted.
